Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Troli's websites, software and related services.

1. The service

Troli provides technology that enables businesses to manage customer-service interactions, including WhatsApp-based communications, shared inbox access, operational reporting and other available capabilities.

2. Business accounts

Customers are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining authorised access to their Troli account and ensuring that users comply with these Terms.

3. Third-party platforms

Some Troli functionality depends on third-party platforms such as the WhatsApp Business Platform. Availability and functionality may therefore be affected by third-party terms, policies, technical requirements and service changes.

4. Acceptable use

Users must not use Troli to:

• violate applicable law or regulation;
• send unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or unauthorised communications;
• interfere with the security or operation of the service;
• attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems or information;
• misrepresent identity or authority.

5. Customer responsibilities

Subscribing businesses remain responsible for their customer relationships, the accuracy and lawfulness of information they provide, and compliance with applicable privacy, communications and sector-specific requirements.

6. Fees and subscriptions

Paid services are subject to the prices, billing periods and payment terms presented at subscription or otherwise agreed with Troli.

7. Intellectual property

Troli and its associated software, branding and service materials remain the property of Troli or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Troli intellectual property to users.

8. Service availability

Troli aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, third-party dependencies, network conditions or other events may affect service availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Troli will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.

10. Suspension or termination

Troli may restrict or terminate access where necessary for security, non-payment, misuse, violation of these Terms or legal requirements.

11. Changes to these Terms

Troli may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
